Paul Handforth born on 6 October 1981 in Wakefield, Yorkshire, England is a rugby league player for Halifax RLFC in The Championship.

Paul Handforth's position of choice is at Stand-off/Five-eighth, but he can also operate at Scrum-half/Halfback and as a Hooker.

He has previously played for Batley Bulldogs, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and Castleford Tigers in the European Super League. He started playing rugby with Oulton Raiders as a schoolboy.

Paul Handforth is an Ireland international.[1]

He has been named in the Ireland training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[2]
